Le attività di costruzione stampi dovranno essere pianificate in dettaglio, e dovrà essere predisposto un quaderno stampi che raccolga tutte le informazioni tecniche relative alla costruzione degli stessi.
All'interno del quaderno dovranno essere posti almeno i seguenti documenti:
• Disegno elemento
• Progettazioni aggiornate
• Piano termini
• Pianificazioni aggiornate ogni quindici giorni,
• Piani di lavoro dimensionali
• Piani di lavoro superficie
• Rapporti di misura e collaudo
• Mappe di saldatura con specifica del tipo d'elettrodo utilizzato
• Rapporti d'eventuali non conformità con le relative fotografie
• La scheda delle lavorazioni eseguite presso eventuali fornitori
• Schede di controllo e accettazione stampi
Il Fornitore, con la firma dell'ordine accetta anche:
• La condivisione dei criteri guida generali (riassunti nella politica d'offerta / assegnazione
che sono in continua evoluzione).
• Di fornire il proprio lavoro con qualità ineccepibile (qualità del prodotto e della prestazione).
• L'assoluto rispetto dei termini.
• II controllo preciso dei costi (politica del prezzo chiuso).
• La disponibilità e flessibilità per lo studio di soluzioni e proposte di miglioramento.
• Di effettuare la comunicazione precisa ed esauriente durante tutte le fasi del progetto.
• Di redigere la documentazione nel rispetto delle norme e disposizioni.
